HS Reactor System™: This multifunctional reactor system was designed to successfully address the challenges created by first generation caustic technology: expensive feedstock, costly feed pre-treatment and water or dry wash, and contaminated glycerin. Additionally the HS Reactor System™ integrates several production functions into a single efficient system reducing capital and operating costs.

An addition to the HS Reactor System™ is another Enhanced Biofuels technology, the LST Reboiler™. This unique low skin temperature reboiler can be used in the separation of temperature sensitive components like glycerin to prevent degradation. The LST Reboiler™ reduces waste and increases yields. Unlike other reboilers, like wiped film evaporators, the LST Reboiler™ has no moving parts thus reducing capital and maintenance costs.
