Innovations and Benefits
The
HS Reactor System™ is able to process traditional and non-food feedstock with up to 100% FFA into advanced biodiesel. There are roughly 3.2 BGY of non-food feedstock available.
This feedstock has been virtually untapped by the biodiesel industry due to technological limitations of first generation caustic based technology.
Technology Implementation
The
HS Reactor System™ can be cost effectively integrated into existing biodiesel, ethanol, pulp & paper, palm oil and edible oil operations to leverage the existing infrastructure and increase production flexibility and profitability.
Enhanced Biofuels is currently operating two fully automated pilot units with nominal capacities of 3,000 gpy and 250,000 gpy.
